Taylor Sheridan – Stories Tour

Our Score

“We’re made of our stories”

Taylor Sheridan bounded onto the Trinity Sessions stage, ready for the final act of his Stories tour. With a huge grin and sparkle in his eye, he invited everyone to hop aboard for a musical adventure through the highs and lows of a storyteller’s life. Anchored by the heartfelt mantra, “We’re made of our stories,” Sheridan’s songs became the colourful threads weaving together a night brimming with charm and heart, proving once again that he’s a troubadour through and through.

He kicked things off with a ripper acoustic take on “Billie Jean” by Michael Jackson, a cheeky nod to his roots that gave the crowd an instant dose of nostalgia. Sheridan’s grin was as wide as a footy field as he strummed the familiar tune, turning a cover into a playful opener and setting the tone for a night filled with cheeky laughter, surprise twists, and pure feel-good vibes.

Sheridan didn’t just belt out tunes; he sprinkled the set with snippets from his early songwriting days, playful tales and lyrics he once thought would change the world. His banter was golden, and the crowd hung on every punchline, thanks to the Trinity Sessions’ magic acoustics that made every lyric shine.

Sheridan paused between songs to share heartfelt stories, making the night feel less like a concert and more like catching up with an old mate at the local. By the end of the night, it was clear: Taylor Sheridan doesn’t just play songs, he spins tales you’ll be humming all the way home.

If stories make us who we are, after this gig, we’re all a little bit more legendary.
