Sam Simmons – Not A People Person

Sam Simmons is one of those comedians that you never know what to expect from his show, and this year was no different. A home grown SA man hailing from Hallett Cove, he claims we made him what he is today.

This show demonstrated Simmons as being random, self loathing, repugnant, disenchanted, disillusioned, obnoxious yet triumphant and hilarious, and this was in fact his show all about him not liking people! He is in the audience, nearly naked and in your face and has the props to make any man, woman or deer blush.

Every element in Simmons’ delivery is sheer brilliance; whether it is his amazing gestures, timing, Aussie accent, facial expression and his ability to use physical humour in every situation. Whatever your motivation, Sam Simmons is definitely one-in-a-million and if you are a fan of his brand of satirical, sharp, physical and indulgent humour, this show will not disappoint.
